Cheryl Burke said she'd like a shot at love as the next "Bachelorette."

Burke, 28, and "Dancing With The Stars" pro told People she'd like to be the one to hand out roses on the hit ABC show.

"My dating record hasn't been great the past couple of years so if I have a chance to go on {The Bachelorette} I will."

Burke, who was paired up with South Florida hottie William Levy in the last season of 'Dancing' said she is naturally a shy person.

"It would be fun to have a pool of guys around you and getting to know someone," she says. "I think if I had people setting me up with different guys I think it would be easier for me to meet someone to date."

Emily Maynard is the latest 'Bachelorette' looking for love on Local 10 Monday nights.  But, who knows?  Maybe show producers are already planning their next season with Burke in mind.
