Oscar winner weds for third time in New York ceremony

Oscar-winning actress Kate Winslet has tied the knot again.

Winslet's publicist confirmed to ABC News Thursday that the "Titanic" star wed Ned Rock'nRoll, the nephew of British tycoon Richard Branson.

“I can confirm that Kate Winslet married Ned Rock’nRoll {whose real name is Abel Smith} in NY earlier this month in a private ceremony attended by her two children and a very few friends and family,” the rep told People. “The couple had been engaged since the summer.”

Winslet has been married twice before to Jim Threapleton and to "American Beauty" director Sam Mendes.  She shares children with both.
