Pippa could face charges for gun-wielding friend
Racy photograph of Kate Middleton's little sister could mean big trouble
Pippa Middleton's latest racy photograph is making the rounds of the worldwide press, but it's not for her latest outfit.
Middleton, the 28-year-old sister-in-law of England's presumptive future king, could face criminal charges after a male companion was photographed brandishing what appeared to be a gun at a photographer following her in Paris, according to ABC News.
The picture was published by London's The Sun by the French photographer at whom the pistol was aimed. It shows Middleton, Kate's younger sister, sitting in the passenger seat of a convertible, looking back and grinning as the driver, her reported friend, aims a gun at the photographer behind them.
The paper reported that the Paris Judicial Police department is "poised" to launch a probe into the incident. Charges could result in prison sentences of up to seven years for all four people in the car, or a two-year sentence if the gun turns out to be a fake, a source told the Sun.
Middleton was in Paris to attend a birthday party.
The Royal family, nor Middleton's sister, the Duchess of Cambridge, have commented on the incident.
