HOMESTEAD, Fla. – The Miami-Dade Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring a "Wacky Raft Race" at Homestead Bayfront Park and Marina on Saturday, January 14th, 2017.
It will be a day full of fun with activities running from noon until 9:30 p.m.

Besides the water races between the handmade boats, there will be live music, food trucks and other entertainment; including a steel drum band, fire dancers, bounce houses and more!
There will also be a special performance by Joselyn Rivera of "The Voice" and an appearance by pro fisherman Rob Fordyce of the Outdoor Channel's fishing show, "The Seahunter"!
The county is partnering with La Playa Grill for this event.
