LOS ANGELES – Week five of "Dancing With The Stars" took on a more personal tone for the celebrities who danced to commemorate "The Most Memorable Year of Their Life." It also ended with an elimination shocker.
Host Tom Bergeron set the ominous tone by announcing at the beginning of Monday night's show, that based on last week's votes, one of the female celebrities would be going home.

Despite the pressure, all the celebrities gave their best performances, even garnering the first perfect 10 of the season.
Actor Cordin Bleu got a 10 for the foxtrot he dedicated to his 12-year-old sister with scoliosis. He is leading the pack with 28 out of 30 points.
Actress Amber Riley scored a 10 for her foxtrot commemorating her success on "Glee." She got a total of 26 points.
And singer Christina Milian cha-cha'd her way to a 10 for the year she gave birth to her daughter Violet, getting 28 out of 30 points. But it wasn't enough to keep her in the running. It was later revealed that Milian was the one who was going home, shocking the ballroom and her professional partner, Mark Ballas.
"True shock," Milian said. "Wasn't expecting that. We had obviously the best performance that we've had thus far. I wouldn't want to leave on any other note but this way."
"You know, we worked really hard. She did great tonight, and we just went out with a bang," added Ballas.
