Queen Latifah hires woman whose resignation went viral on YouTube

ON THE WEB – Remember the 25-year-old woman who quit her job on You Tube? Queen Latifah offered her a job after her dance to Kanye West's "Gone" got about 11 million views.

Latifah offered Marina Shifrin a job as a digital content producer.

"I want to be surrounded by cool, creative, interesting people," Latifah said on her talk show Wednesday.

Shifrin said she was interested. She has been unemployed since she quit her job at Next Media Animation in Taiwan.

"For almost two years I've sacrificed my relationships, time and energy for this job," the caption in the video reads. "And my boss only cares about quantity and how many views each video gets. So I figured I'd make ONE video of my own."

On Thursday Latifah tweeted: "This girl was so creative! I had to offer this internet sensation a job"
