FAYETTE COUNTY, Ga. – Miami-based rapper Rick Ross has been arrested on a misdemeanor drug charge in Georgia.
Ross was arrested after he was stopped while driving in a Bentley. Officers originally stopped Ross for a window tint violation.

When officers opened the door, they said they smelled marijuana. Officers claim they found marijuana in the car.
Ross is being booked into the Fayette County Jail just south of Atlanta.
Ross, who was born in Mississippi but raised in Miami, was previously arrested on marijuana charges in 2008 and 2011.
