Last night started off great.
Both my girls sleeping peacefully in THEIR OWN BEDS.
It's been a rough week. We've all been sick with the relentless cough that's going around. (If you have little ones chances are you know what I'm talking about.)
I swear I passed out as soon as my head hit the pillow.
And then, at about midnight, sure enough I hear the sound of little feet coming down the hall.
My 4-year-old crawled in first. And then an hour later here comes the 2-year-old.
Four people in one bed is just too much for me, so I got up and moved into my daughter's bed…only to find that the bed had been wet. So what does a mom do? The baby's bed is a toddler bed so that's not an option.
So instead I strategically position myself on the dry side of the wet bed. The whole night being so careful not to move.
It wasn't long before the baby came looking for me again. She found me. But where was she going to go? Turns out right on top of me!
I am so looking forward to good sleep tonight!
