The southwest Miami-Dade man who was dubbed "the neighbor from Hell" is scheduled to appear in a Miami courtroom Monday.
Mitchell Igelko was charged with two counts of criminal mischief and two counts of stalking in October. He is accused of terrorizing the people who live in his Kendall neighborhood.
One man even got a permanent restraining order against Igelko. A Miami-Dade County judge authorized the restraining order after Francisco Torres said he recorded Igelko tormenting his family.
Torres produced video he said showed Igelko egging his house, throwing nails onto his driveway, and killing his grass with chemicals.
Monday's court appearance is expected to address the criminal mischief charges against Igelko.
