1 charged in South Beach shooting
Braulio Perez accused of shooting, killing Jose Febles

Police charged a man accused of shooting and killing another man outside of his apartment in South Beach.
Braulio Perez, 48, is charged with second-degree murder.
The shooting happened at 1361 Euclid Avenue about 11:15 a.m. Saturday.
Police say Perez shot and killed Jose Febles, 50. Investigators believe the two knew each other.
Perez was held on no bond.
