Police made an arrest Wednesday after a man was shot and killed while getting a haircut on his front porch.
Police charged 37-year-old Lionel Wilson with first-degree murder and two counts possession of ammunition by a convicted felon.
Police say 39-year-old Joubert Cazezneuze was getting his hair cut at 4502 N. Miami Avenue on Tuesday morning when Wilson walked up to him and began arguing with him about money.
"You need to stop trying me like that. You don't know me like that. You owe me some money," Wilson told Cazezneuze, police say.
Wilson left, returned 20 minutes later, then shot Cazezneuze several times, police say.
Paramedics pronounced Cazezneuze dead when they arrived. Witnesses identified Wilson's photo and police found a box of bullets inside his home, according to an arrest affidavit.
