MIAMI – Police arrested a 26-year-old man accused of shooting another man who he believed robbed his brother.
Police charged Marcus Sakers with aggravated battery with a firearm on Thursday.

Sakers approached the victim at 5644 NW 4th Avenue in Miami and shot him in the leg, according to an arrest affidavit.
The victim was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital. His condition wasn't immediately released.
