HIALEAH, Fla. -

One man was in custody Tuesday afternoon as Hialeah police looked for a second after responding to a home burglary.

A man with a machete scared off the men as they went to burglarize the home near West 6th Avenue and 35th Place, police said. A police K-9 then apprehended one of the men.

Police established a perimeter in the neighborhood as they looked for the second man, who was last seen wearing black sweatpants with stripes on the side.
