MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – One man is dead and another is in critical condition after being shot Monday evening at a Miami Gardens apartment complex.
The shooting happened about 6 p.m. at an apartment complex off Northwest 213th Street.
Police said several cars, apartment windows and walls were struck during the shooting.
One of the men was taken to Aventura Hospital. The other was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center.
Police said they were questioning several witnesses about the shooting.
A resident at the apartment complex told Local 10 News that a bullet went through two walls and into the kitchen cabinet of his home.
The shooting is still under investigation.
