MIAMI -

One of the men wanted for questioning in connection with a man who was doused in gasoline and set ablaze late Christmas night turned himself in to police.

Alex Cineas, 21, (right) spoke with investigators, said police. He was released and no charges were filed.

Police are still searching for Willie Summersett, 29, (left) in connection with Darrell Brackett being set on fire after his car ran out of gas at NW 47th Street and 27th Avenue.

Family members and investigators spoke Thursday. Brackett suffered third-degree burns on 70 percent of his body. He is listed in critical condition at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Police also want to talk with several men recorded on surveillance video at Hialeah Hospital as they got out of a light-colored Jeep Compass. Summersett went there to be treated for burns.

Summersett also has an active warrant for Attempted First-Degree Murder and has 33 arrests and 21 convictions on his record, said police.

"He is obviously someone who is very aggressive, someone who has a completely has a disregard for human life," said Miami-Dade Police Det. Javier Baez.
