Police Want Public's Help In Identifying Woman

LAUDERHILL, Fla. -- Police are asking for the public's help in identifying an old lady caught on surveillance video robbing an undisclosed amount of cash from a Lauderhill bank.Lauderhill police said the woman robbed Commerce Bank, located in the 7200 block of West Oakland Park Boulevard, at about 11:30 a.m. Sunday.The woman can be seen on surveillance video wearing blue jeans, a Nike jacket with green sleeves and a hat. She also had a bandage under her right eye.Police said the woman passed a note to a bank teller demanding $4,000 in cash. The note also said she was armed, though no weapon was seen.Anyone with information is asked to contact Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS.
