Miami-Dade School Board Attorney Put On Leave

MIAMI -- Miami-Dade School Board memebers voted Monday to put the Board's attorney on leave.JulieAnn Rico is under investigation, for living in Palm Beach county after receiving $15,000 from the district to pay for her moving expenses to Miami-Dade county in 2006.Rico returned the money Monday night.
The School Board's inspector general, Christopher Mazzella, will review the case and his results will be reported in two weeks.
