South Florida Boy Dies In Car On Mom's Wedding Day

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- A 4-year-old-boy died Saturday as his mother was preparing for her wedding in West Palm Beach.Police said the 29-year-old mother, Mirlande Jean-Baptiste, was having her nails done when she returned to her vehicle to find the body of her son.Police said the mother was not aware the boy was in the vehicle. She dropped off other children at a relative's house Saturday before going to the nail salon.
Officials said the boy may have been in the car for more than two hours. Temperatures outside had reached 90 degrees.Paramedics tried to revive him but he was pronounced dead at the hospital.
