MIAMI -- A Miami judge is expected to make a decision by mid-August in auto giant Norman Braman's lawsuit against the proposed Miami Mega-Plan. On Wednesday there was closing testimony in the trial.Braman, the city of Miami and Miami-Dade County all laid out their views on the proposed $500 million plan which includes a stadium at the site of the former Orange Bowl.Judge Jeri Beth Cohen will now decide if voters should get a say in that plan.
For the Florida Marlins, the clock is ticking. They can't go forward with their stadium plans until they know the result of this lawsuit.
