It's lobster season in Florida, but not everyone is playing by the rules.

On Tuesday night, officers arrested two men who they say stole 119 lobsters from a commercial trap in Biscayne Bay. Officers say 105 of those lobsters were undersized.

The men were identified as Eloy Torres, 62, and Israel Torres, 41. They face multiple charges.

"We protect these lobster -- not only because they're an essential part of our ecosystem -- but we protect these lobsters also because they're an essential economic force in South Florida," said Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commissioner spokesman Officer Jorge Pino.

Lobsters are considered undersized when their carapace is shorter than 3 inches.
