North Miami Beach police said two gunmen went to the soccer field about 5:10 p.m. and started shooting in an attempt to kill a 21-year-old man, then escaped. Although there were several people, including children, on the soccer field at the time, police said no one was shot.

After interviewing witnesses, police said they identified the gang nicknames of some possible suspects. Officers showed photos of the men to witnesses, who identified them as the gunmen, according to police.

Lougens "Gucci" Louis, 18, of North Miami Beach, was arrested Nov. 28. North Miami Beach said he confessed. The second suspect, Emso Regis, 21, who is known as "Nose" or "Gizmo," was arrested Sunday.

Both suspects face charges of possession of a firearm during a felony and premeditated attempted murder with a firearm, police said.
