2 days left to vote for park project

Empty plot of land turning into Gratigny Plateau Park

MIAMI – There's only two more days to vote for Local 10's Making a Difference project at Gratigny Plateau Park in Miami.

In the station's efforts to transform an abandoned lot into the beautiful park, we're looking to win the Kiwanis "Make a Difference Through Play Contest" which will provide the winner $25,000 in playground equipment.

"I just have to play in grass and dirt," said 9-year-old Minorah Gaston. "I can actually have a playground by my house."

All you have to do is CLICK ON THIS LINK and vote for Gratigny Plateau Park... it's that easy and it won't cost you a penny!

You can vote once a day through June 15, 2013. The 10 parks with the most votes will then move on to the "Jury Phase" where judges will select the winning entry.

Help us make a difference and create an amazing play space for kids and adults alike.
