FDOT deems portion of bridge to Key Biscayne 'structurally deficient'

Several lanes of the Bear Cut Bridge, which connects Key Biscayne to Virginia Key, are closed after the Florida Department of Transportation and the Miami-Dade Public Works and Waste Management Department found structural deficiencies on the bridge.
