MIRAMAR, Fla. -

Two armed men who robbed a Wendy's in Miramar are on the loose.

The robbery happened at 3750 Utopia Drive about 9:40 a.m. Tuesday.

Miramar police said two men, both carrying guns, entered the store and demanded cash. After taking an undisclosed amount of money, the robbers left the restaurant in a vehicle.

One employee suffered minor injuries when she was hit by one of the armed robbers.

The first robber is described as 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall. He was last seen wearing black shorts, a light-colored tank top, a mask covering the lower part of his face, and Nike sneakers.

The second robber is described as between 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall with a large build. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black shorts, and a mask covering part of his face.
