POMPANO BEACH, Fla. -

Detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying two men who they say robbed a Sprint store in Pompano Beach Friday morning.

The suspects walked into the store at 633 East Atlantic Boulevard shortly after 9 a.m. as employees were starting their work day, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said.

Surveillance video shows the pair approaching the store manager. Authorities said the pair told him he was being robbed. The men then ordered all employees and customers to the back room, authorities said.

The suspect in the red sweatshirt held everyone at gunpoint as his accomplice loaded all the cell phones into a bag, deputies said. The suspects targeted iPhones and Galaxy phones.

The first suspect is described as 20- to 25-years-old, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 270 pounds. Video shows the suspect wearing a red sweatshirt with a white T-shirt underneath, khaki pants, white sneakers and baseball cap with the word “Oakland” on the front. He also has a scar or teardrop tattoo near his right eye, authorities said.

The second suspect is 18- to 25-years-old, about 6 feet tall and 160 pounds. He was wearing a black cap and a black stocking over his face, a white, long sleeve T-shirt, black pants, and yellow glove on his left hand, police said.

Anyone with information on this robbery or the identity of the suspects is asked to contact BSO Robbery Detective Luis Rivera at 954-321-4270 or Broward Crime Stoppers, anonymously, at 954-493-TIPS (8477) or www.browardcrimestoppers.org.
