MARATHON, Fla. – Three teenagers were rescued Saturday after their canoe capsized on the bay side of Marathon.
Monroe County Sheriff’s Office marine Deputy Wilfredo Guerra spotted the teens about 5:20 p.m. while patrolling the area on a personal watercraft.

The teens were floating in the water while wearing life jackets.
Guerra helped the teens get back in their canoe and get back to shore.
