MIAMI --
A Miami commissioner accused of threatening a police officer and trying to run him off the road pleaded not guilty today.Art Teele faces charges of aggravated assault with a motor vehicle and threatening a law enforcement officer.Investigators say Teele became enraged when he was being followed by officers as part of another investigation looking into whether he accepted bribes and kickbacks as the chairman of the Community Redevelopment Agency.
