MIAMI -- Miami commissioners will hold a special meeting today where they will discuss a replacement for suspended commissioner Arthur Teele.Gov. Jeb Bush suspended Teele last week after he was charged with assault for allegedly trying to run a police officer off the road.If the commission does not find a replacement by Saturday, then an election will automatically be held in late November.
