A woman, who was arrested while allegedly trying to sell her baby, will get supervised visits with the child.
Police say Kenia Bosque tried to sell her 8-month old son for $7,000 last December. The potential buyer turned out to be an undercover cop.
In family court on Friday, Bosque agreed to give custody of the baby to Osmani Peligrin along with Peligrin's two other children. Peligrin is the legal guardian of the baby. Boque will get supervised visits.
Bosque was also arrested recently on charges of petty theft. She is due back in criminal court in March.
