MIAMI -

All lanes of Interstate 95 were reopened after a seven-vehicle crash involving two police cruisers closed the northbound express lanes on Interstate 95 at 151st Street on Wednesday afternoon.

The police cars involved are from the Miami Police Department and the Miami-Dade Police Department.

The crash caused major delays, with backups for miles. Lanes were reopened around 8 p.m.
