There are Mother's Day presents and then there are Mother's Day presents.

Rioux, an 8-year-old dolphin at the Miami Seaquarium, received the latter.

The Key Biscayne park announced that Rioux gave birth to her first calf on Sunday.

The male baby dolphin is a third generation Miami Seaquarium dolphin and was born to Rioux and J.J., a 35-year-old male dolphin.
