Police found a man's body on the sidewalk near a home in northwest Miami-Dade County.

The body was found at Northwest 57th Street and 22nd Avenue about 5:30 a.m. Thursday.

When officers arrived, they found the 19-year-old man had suffered from a gunshot wound.

His name wasn't immediately released.
