DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. -

Investigators are searching for a car burglar who broke into 14 cars in Deerfield Beach on Sunday.

The Broward Sheriff's Office said the burglaries took place between 4 a.m. and 7 a.m. in the Deer Creek neighborhood.

A resident of 2330 Deercreek Trail noticed the garage door of the home was open, and all three vehicles on the property had been burglarized, BSO said. The burglar got away with a TV and an iPod, as well, according to investigators.

Home surveillance video showed the burglar checking the doors of the vehicles at one home and looking into the with a flashlight, BSO said. When the burglar could not get into the vehicles at that home, he went to a neighboring home, investigators said.

A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest.
