Several people were injured after a crash splits a car in half on a Miramar road.

The crash happened on Southwest 106th Avenue, just south of Pembroke Road, early Wednesday.

The car split in half after hitting a tree.

It's unclear what led up to the crash.

Miramar police said three people were injured. Their conditions were not immediately released, but Miramar Fire Rescue on scene said some of the injuries were critical.
