Last week, Johnson issued a not guilty plea to the misdemeanor domestic battery charge he faces.

Johnson was arrested August 11 at his Davie home after he was accused of head butting his wife Evelyn Lozada during an argument. He was cut by the Dolphins shortly after his arrest. The couple's divorce was finalized earlier this week.
