WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -

A Florida woman who was sentenced to life in prison in the killing of her millionaire husband claims she's still entitled to half their marital property, including his Batmobile.

Narcy Novack of Fort Lauderdale is challenging a federal judge's finding that she forfeited any claim to her husband's assets because of her conviction.

In court papers, she demands a hearing on her claim to half the marital property. She says that includes a 1977 Lincoln modified to resemble the Batmobile.

Novack and her brother were convicted of hiring hit men for the 2009 beating deaths of Ben Novack Jr. in New York and his mother, Bernice Novack, in Florida.

Ben Novack's father built the Fontainebleau hotel in Miami Beach.

The U.S. attorney's office declined comment.
