A drunk man who did maintenance at an apartment complex in Delray Beach shot at ducks because he was sick of cleaning up after them, according to a police report.
Scott Jensen was arrested Nov. 19. He is charged with improperly exhibiting a firearm and two counts of cruelty to animals.
Police officers were called to the Delray Lake Apartments on Nov. 19 to reports of a man shooting ducks from the roof of an apartment. When officers arrived, they found Jensen, 48, on the roof holding a .22 caliber pellet rifle with a scope and a backpack, according to the police report. Inside the backpack were pellets for the rifle, six bottles of beer, and two flashlights.
