OAKLAND PARK, Fla. -

A man is accused of having a handgun at a Broward County school.

Hancy Laudny was arrested Monday. He's charged with possession of a weapon on school property.

According to an arrest affidavit, Laudny asked to use the restroom at Life Skills Broward County. When he returned, a witness saw a handgun in his waistband.

Laudny ran off but was later arrested.

Laudny is currently on probation for other charges filed against him.
