BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. – Police are searching for a thief, who stole a laptop by shoving it down his shorts.
Boynton Beach Police said the man you see in the above picture was caught on camera at the McDonald's restaurant on South Federal Highway.

Detectives said the thief waited until the laptop owner walked outside to smoke a cigarette on New Year's Day.
The alleged thief then pounced. He lifted his shirt and struggled for several seconds to put the laptop in his shorts.
He then came back to the table and used his shirt to wipe off his fingerprints.
He then rode away on a tan beach cruiser-type bicycle.
