According to authorities, Harper’s criminal history consists of, but is not limited to: burglary, trespassing, reckless driving, drug possessions, drug manufacturing, drug trafficking, and fleeing from law enforcement.
Investigators said the suspect also goes by Scott Allen Harper.
The DEA said Harper does not have a history of being armed and dangerous. However, authorities said anyone who comes in contact with him should use extreme caution and contact law enforcement immediately.
