LEE COUNTY, Fla. -

A Miramar man was busted on Interstate 75 with 90 pounds of marijuana, according to sheriff's deputies.

Lee County sheriff's deputies said they pulled over Khalfani Robb, 31, on Friday during a routine traffic stop.

Deputies became suspicious during that stop when Robb and the other person inside the rented 2010 Chevrolet Suburban said they did not know each other's first or last names. Deputies then entered Robb's name in their computers and found he had a prior criminal history for distributing marijuana.

A K-9 officer named Cole then sniffed out the marijuana, which was stuffed in six large boxes that were visible in the cargo area of the Suburban, deputies said. In all, deputies said 90 pounds of pot were found in the truck.

Deputies said Robb was traveling from Miami to Bradenton with the intent of delivering the marijuana. He's charged with trafficking in marijuana over 25 pounds, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and keeping a shop or vehicle for a controlled substance.
