Driver charged in fatal Pompano Beach crash

A man is charged with DUI manslaughter and several other charges after a woman died and two other people were injured in crash early Tuesday.
The Broward Sheriff's Office said Mary Hart, 22, of Miami, was getting off of northbound Interstate 95 at Atlantic Boulevard about 12:35 a.m. when a Lexus SUV crashed into the driver's side of her car.
Hart was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The passenger in her car, 24-year-old Rudolf Georgeon, of North Miami Beach, and Lori Bardol, 35, of Coral Springs, the passenger in the SUV, were taken to North Broward Medical Center with critical injuries.
Jason Morgan, 37, of Pompano Beach, who police said was driving the SUV, was charged with one count of DUI manslaughter, two counts each of DUI with serious bodily injury and DUI causing property damage and one count of driving with a suspended license.
He was taken to the Broward County Main Jail.
