SUPERSTORM SANDY DIDN'T DO THIS... THE U-S BORDER PATROL SAYS THIS JEEP GOT STUCK ON TOP OF THIS 14-FOOT-HIGH BORDER FENCE IN A SMUGGLING ATTEMPT. OFFICIALS SAID THE MAKE-SHIFT RAMP DIDN'T WORK, AND THE TWO PEOPLE RAN INTO MEXICO WHEN AGENTS ARRIVED.
