MIAMI – Local 10 Crime Specialist John Turchin spotted a motorcyclist with a capuchin monkey companion on I-95 Tuesday, and he made it his mission to find them.
Turchin first spotted the motorcycle on Interstate 95, and he wanted to talk to the human rider, but he had no idea who she was or where to find her.
He mentioned it on Local 10 News and on Local10.com, but had no luck.
Then, there was a break in the case. Cintia Foster called Local 10 and set up a meeting at the station. She arrived on her motorcycle, with 3-year-old capuchin monkey Julie in tow. Mystery solved.
"She's always on the bike with me wherever I go," Foster said. "The first thing, I was shaking. I said, 'Maybe I was speeding. Why are they looking for me?'"

Foster has three monkeys. Foster said they're even better than having a child.
"When she turns 15, I don't need to buy a car. I don't need to be concerned about her getting involved in drugs," Foster said.
