Fatal crash closes northbound lanes of Florida Turnpike at PGA Boulevard

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. -

The Florida Highway Patrol has closed northbound lanes of Florida's Turnpike in Palm Beach Gardens because of a fatal crash.

The crash occurred early Tuesday just south of PGA Boulevard.

Trooper says drivers should seek alternate routes, including nearby Interstate 95.

No further details were immediately available.
