Miami-Dade police have arrested a 41-year-old man and charged him with stabbing and killing another man inside a Medley business.

Investigators say Henry Rodriguez was arguing with Oscar Quintana, of Hialeah, on Wednesday afternoon.

When Rodriguez left to speak to his supervisor, police say Quintana walked to the kitchen area of the business and found a knife.

Quintana then walked over to Rodriguez and began insulting him, say police.

Rodriguez then lunged at Quintana, who responded by stabbing Rodriguez.

Rodriguez was pronounced dead at the scene.

Quintana is now charged with first-degree murder.
