Gov. Rick Scott is recognizing a Medal of Honor recipient in Tallahassee.

Scott will honor the late Staff Sgt. Robert James Miller and his family during a ceremony Tuesday morning. The event is taking place at the Wall of Honor at the Florida State Capitol.
