MIAMI -

A man accused of hitting a bicyclist and driving away will plead guilty to DUI manslaughter on Feb. 19.

Carlos Bertonatti appeared in court on Tuesday. Investigators say Bertonatti hit and killed Christopher Lacanne on the Rickenbacker Causeway in Jan. 2010.

When he pleads guilty next week, he'll face up to 35 years in prison.
