Venezuelan Vice President Nicolas Maduro says President Hugo Chavez has died. He was 58.
In a national broadcast, Maduro said Chavez died Tuesday at 4:25 p.m.

Earlier in the day, the city of Doral announced a contingency plan if Chavez died.
