Hurricane Sandy has forced two local airports to cancel some of their flights.
Sandy slammed Cuba and Jamaica Thursday morning and continues to head north.
As a result, Miami International Airport canceled a total of 15 flights heading to and from the Bahamas and Jamaica -- eight arrivals and seven departures.
At Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, 10 flights were canceled -- three arrivals and seven departures.
If you have a flight scheduled for today, call your airline before going to the airport.
